For those that do leave a lasting impression, our choice of adoption packages will not only help open the way towards a new friendship, but also serve as an enduring memento of your visit.
Purchasing an adoption package is an ideal gift that will also help contribute to the centre's operation. One of the biggest ongoing expenses is food, particularly during the breeding season where both the parents and babies require vital nutrition. Adopting your favourite helps provide the optimum welfare standards by ensuring the provision of healthy, varied diet throughout the course of the year.

Our new e-Adoption Packages offer a great alternative to our physical adoption packages.
As well as being offered at a reduced cost, this instant digital download is available to access immediately following purchase, making it a great last minute gift.
What's more, purchasing an adoption electronically helps us save up to 39%* of the CO2 emissions generated by printing and delivering a typical physical package, allowing us to continue our conservational and educational work whilst minimising our environmental impact.
*Based on the estimated average CO2 footprint of printing and posting a physical adoption package compared with the e-Adoption digital delivery method (45.3g of CO2 down to 27.7g).

All e-Adoption purchases are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please note that no admission tickets are included with this option - please see our printed adoption packages instead.
**Recipient's name as entered at time of purchase. Name may take up to 28 days to appear on website. To protect adoptee's privacy, names will only be published when a minimum of 12 e-Adoptions are concurrently active, and only the first initial of surname will be shown.

How it works
1) Select your favourite bird from the list below. You'll be taken to the BOWC Booking Portal.
2) On the next page, enter the adoptee's name (i.e. the recipient) in the box.
2) Add your e-Adoption Package to the basket and proceed to the checkout.
3) Create a new account (or log in to an existing one) when prompted.
4) Enter payment details and complete the checkout process.
5) Once processed, log in to the "Downloads" area of your account (or click the download link in your order confirmation e-mail) to access your files.
Tip: If buying as a gift, we advise creating an account using your details. You may then download your files to forward on to the recipient.
Who would you like to e-Adopt?
Printed Package Tiers & Prices
All adoption packages are valid for one year from the date of issue, until the end date shown on your certificate and adoption pass(es). To redeem your adoption pass(es), simply present at the till upon arrival. Note that each type of pass can only be used once per visit against admission for the named adoptee.
In situations where more than one person (including families or organisations) have been named on the adoption package, the voucher entitlement will still pertain to admission for one person.
As with standard admission, our adoption pass holders are eligible for same-day readmission and entry to the flying display, where one is available

Adoption Package Disclaimer
All of our Adoption Packages (including Standard, Junior, Premium or eAdoption options) are considered a symbolic sponsorship for a term of one year from the date of purchase, for which the selected animal will continue to remain under the ownership and care of Baytree Owl and Wildlife Centre.
We endeavour to offer animals up for adoption only where we believe that they - in all likelihood - would remain in the collection for a period of at least one year. However, due to the nature of Baytree Owl and Wildlife Centre's position as a licensed zoological park, we cannot guarantee that any animal adopted will remain at the attraction for the full term of adoption.
In the event that the selected animal is transferred away from Baytree Owl and Wildlife Centre, dies, or is otherwise no longer housed at the collection, the sponsorship will continue as an "adoption in absence". The original adopter will not automatically be notified of this until the end of the adoption term.
