Notice - Last Order Dates
We will continue to fulfill Experience eVouchers until 3pm on Christmas Eve (Sunday December 24th). Orders placed after this time may not be processed.
Meal Tickets and eAdoption Packages are fulfilled automatically and can therefore be ordered right up until Christmas Day.
We are no longer able to guarantee that Adoption Packages will be processed and dispatched in time for Christmas. However, we will still endeavour to fulfill these as soon as possible.
Experience Gift Cards may still be processed where choosing to collect in-store. We can make up gift vouchers in this way until 3pm on Christmas Eve.

Christmas Voucher Extensions
Most* of the items below will have their period of validity extended to end on 25th December 2024, giving your recipient a full year to redeem their gift. Extension automatically applied to all eligible orders made before 25th December 2023. Online only.

Our Experience Vouchers are a ticket to a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity where owls and other birds of prey are just within arms' reach - literally!
Whether or not your intended recipient is already an owl fanatic, our experiences are sure to leave a lasting memory they'll remember for years to come.
All experience gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, giving them plenty of time to redeem their gift.

Experience eVouchers
Our digital eVouchers are sent straight to your e-mail inbox*, making them an ideal way to beat the last posting dates! Simply print at home or forward directly to the recipient - no postage necessary!
*E-mail is not instant - we aim to process all eVouchers within 24 hours but this may take up to 72 hours in some situations. However, all eVoucher orders placed on or before 3pm on December 24th will be processed in time for Christmas.
Experience Gift Cards
Upgrade to a Gift Card for just £2.00 extra. Perfect for special occasions, this physical voucher is enclosed within a presentation gift card and includes a blank space for leaving a heartfelt message for your chosen recipient.
Gift cards may require up to 5 - 7 working days to be processed, even where choosing to collect in store. We CANNOT guarantee that any Gift Cards purchased on or after December 18th 2023 will be processed in time for Christmas. If ordering after this date, please purchase an eVoucher instead.

*Recipient's name as entered at time of purchase. Name may take up to 28 days to appear on website. To protect adoptee's privacy, names will only be published when a minimum of 12 e-Adoptions are concurrently active.

How it works
1) Select your favourite bird from the list below. You'll be taken to the BOWC Booking Portal.
2) On the next page, enter the adoptee's name (i.e. the recipient) in the box.
2) Add your e-Adoption Package to the basket and proceed to the checkout.
3) Create a new account (or log in to an existing one) when prompted.
4) Enter payment details and complete the checkout process.
5) Once processed, log in to the "Downloads" area of your account (or click the download link in your order confirmation e-mail) to access your files.
Tip: We advise creating an account using your (i.e. the purchaser's) details. You may then download the files to forward on to the recipient.
Who would you like to e-Adopt?
Note: We are unable to defer the start date for e-Adoptions like other items on this page, meaning they will begin from the date of purchase. However, as they are issued instantly, you may wish to purchase an e-Adoption after the Christmas last post dates.
